From the moment the old man Gepetto carves his little puppet Pinocchio trouble abounds.
The puppet wants to be a real BOY!

The journey takes him from circus to school, from the strange world of Freetown to the ocean and back home again. Pursued by a devious fox and his sidekick Pinocchio must learn what it is to have the heart and soul of a human. Fraught with dangers and pitfalls he finds his way through a surreal world of naughty children, magical princesses and crickets with a conscience. Oh! And his nose grows, and grows and grows.

Chickenshed’s heart-warming version of this timeless classic features their inimitable and exuberant style of music, laughter, tears and not a little drama.

Wood we lie to you?

As Bob Hoskins says: Magnificent – that’s Chickenshed!!
