Grey Light Productions, founded in 2006 by director Georgina Guy and producer Ben Monks, joins forces with award-winning young writer Sam Thomas for a gala week at the King’s Head Theatre to present three of Sam’s most exciting works:

Grey Light was formed after BANK swept the floor at the awards ceremony of the Cameron Mackintosh New Writing Festival in 2006, winning prizes for best director, cast ensemble, production and new writing.

The judges of the New Writing Festival included former RSC producer Thelma Holt CBE, Paul Taylor of The Independent, Whitbread-winning novelist Ali Smith, and Martine Brant, former board member of the Oxford Playhouse. They and many more have continued to support the London transfer of one of the most exciting pieces of new writing in recent years.
